Dear Mr. Koziol,
I first contacted your company last Friday. I spoke to David Martin about the fact that my email had been hacked into. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he updated my computer Microsoft. A follow up call was made by Gary who was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
On that same day, I called Norton Lifelock and got started on their full program. This was because I didnโt know your company offered that kind of help. Anyway, basically Norton Lifelock was impossible to work with for someone who is not very computer literate, like myself.
And on Monday, I found out that my Microsoft email was again locked out from me. I called Lifelock and after 45 minutes of talking to 4 different people, I was told to call Microsoft directly. Very frustrating.
So I called MC Helper again and I started working with Sah Deepak. He is the most patient, helpful, knowledgeable and kind person I have ever worked with. He set me up with a refund from Norton Lifelock and got me enrolled in your virus protection program with 4 devices. You truly have a wonderful representative working for you. I completely trust Sah and actually everyone Iโve come into contact with from MC Helper.
Keep up the GREAT work and know you have a very appreciative customer in Michigan!

Review : My experience with MC was outstanding. I had a relatively complex series of issues pertaining to a number of Apple products and the gentleman working on my case were relentless in finding a working solution. The annual membership of $199 is totally well worth while (not to mention that 6 hours was totally dedicated to my electronic problems) and while I hope I don’t have too many more problems, I feel confident that if I do, a group of MC will be there for me.
